![]() ![]() (I've used the same address since the day I signed up, and never had this problem before,) But, whatever, I contacted them again through gMail, and through the web form. I tried contacting support through the web form, and was told to try a different email address. I tried to contact support again to share the debug info, and my emails bounced back. Then they suggested that I install the debug version of pCloud so they could harvest more info. I tried that (multiple times) but I got the same results. I contacted support, and they suggested removing and reinstalling pCloud. Then I noticed that Drive was no longer robust enough to use in the background, i.e., I couldn't have MP3 files playing from a pCloud folder. I would still have to re-enable the drive periodically. I could re-enable the drive, and it would be OK again, as long as I didn't tax it too heavily. Next, I noticed that pCloud Drive would quit when copying more than a handful of files at a time. This has rendered pCloud all but useless on my tablet, That solved the problem briefly, but it always comes back. I contacted support, and they suggested clearing the cache and reinstalling. I could delete and reinstall, then the updated file would appear. I could update a file on my laptop, and that change would not appear on my tablet. It's also on my wife's Windows laptop, but it sits virtually untouched there, so I don't know what performance is like on that machine.įirst, I noticed that pCloud on Android would never refresh. I currently run pCloud on a MacBook Air, two Mac Minis, and an Android tablet. But, the last couple of months have been one problem after another. I've been a pCloud user for a couple years now and been very happy with the service.
